DRYING HEMP BIOMASS

We have large capacity dryers capable of drying hundreds of tons of hemp biomass from bales over an extended period. There are two machines that will be available (one on the West Coast and one in the Midwest) for the 2020 season.

HEMP DRYING SPECS

Input moisture levels needed: 80-85%
Output moisture levels (average): 8-10%
Drying temperature: 30-40℃ (86-104 degrees F)

1.  Fully automatic continuous feeding and discharging to meet large-scale production
2.  Drying temperature and operating speed can be precisely controlled with flex turbine controls
4.  Dehumidifies while heating for high efficiency drying
