O.G. Warranty Terms

TAO Electronics, Inc. offers a 10 year warranty for the O.G. All-in-One Portable Vaporizer purchased from the O.G.® website (www.OGVaporizer.com), official TAO® websites and TAO® authorized retailers. Retain your receipt as proof of purchase. All sales are final. This warranty covers the replacement of unused defective parts, electronic parts such as the battery and charger, and accessories for 10 years from the date of purchase.

Store credit or an exchange may be issued for products purchased directly from the O.G.® website or official TAO® websites. However, due to the hygienic nature of TAO products, once the product is used, there is no warranty coverage or replacement available for these parts (Dry Herb / Wax Vapor Chamber, Oil/E-Liquid Vapor Chamber, Mouthpiece).

You must register at www.OGVaporizer.com/og-vaporizer-warranty, and your product warranty will be activated. Consumer bears the cost for shipping any parts to TAO® Electronics. TAO® Vapor, at its sole discretion, will then determine whether the part is defective. If your device is found to have a material or manufacturing flaw, TAO Electronics will replace the defective part with an identical exchange. Please note that we cannot replace items with a different models or designs.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, user error, normal wear and tear or the use of any illegal products. Any modifications or alterations made to the design of the product will void the limited warranty.

TAO® Electronics, Inc. reserves the right to change or modify pricing, specifications, features, products, options, dimensions, materials and prices without notice or obligation. TAO® Electronics, Inc. also reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions Agreement each time you purchase any items from TAO® Electronics, Inc. You are accordingly advised to consult the Terms and Conditions each time you view, use the Website or place an order. Do not use the Website or place any orders if you do not agree to all of the following terms and conditions.

TAO® Electronics, Inc will not be held responsible for any shipments lost or damaged in transit. Please use a shipping service that provides tracking information and insurance.

TAO® ELECTRONICS DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. TAO® ELECTRONICS. MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.

REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
After 30 days from purchase, we offer a limited replacement program for the Battery, USB charger and Vapor Chambers. There is a nominal fee of $12.95 – $19.95, depending on the item. This fee is used to covers the cost of shipping, handling, and processing. Please note that this charge is per item. After you register your warranty and it has been processed, you will automatically be entered into the Replacement Program and will be emailed a personal coupon code that can be used on www.OGVaporizer.com for reduced price replacement parts for your O.G.® Vaporizer.

STATEMENT OF CAUTION

INCOMPATIBLE CHARGERS MAY CARRY A DIFFERENT VOLTAGE, WHICH MAY BE A FIRE HAZARD. FOR THIS REASON, TAO® ELECTRONICS, INC. RECOMMENDS THE USE OF O.G.®  BRAND CHARGERS. THE USE OF ANY CHARGING UNIT WITH A DIFFERENT VOLTAGE WILL VOID THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY OFFERED ON O.G.® BRAND PRODUCTS.  IN ORDER TO PREVENT OVERHEATING, CHARGE O.G.® PRODUCTS FOR A MAXIMUM OF FOUR (4) HOURS OR UNTIL LED LIGHT INDICATES THE UNIT IS FULLY CHARGED. DO NOT LEAVE THE CHARGER PLUGGED IN OVERNIGHT.  O.G.® CHARGERS SHOULD NEVER BE LEFT CHARGING UNATTENDED. 

HOLD HARMLESS
TAO® ELECTRONICS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES BY THE USE OR MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE REPLACEMENT OF ANY CARPET OR PERSONAL PROPERTY) AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY INAPPROPRIATE, INCORRECT, OR IRRESPONSIBLE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. THE USER AGREES TO ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL SUCH RISKS AND TO NOT HOLD TAO® ELECTRONICS, INC., ITS DISTRIBUTORS OR RETAILERS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES) RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENT, INJURY TO PERSONS, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY CAUSED BY MISUSE OF THE PRODUCT. 

NON-TRANSFERABILITY

TAO® products are only sold on our authorized websites and through authorized dealers. Products purchased on eBay, Rakuten, Craigslist, Sears and Amazon or through any other unauthorized merchants do not carry any warranty protection from TAO® Electronics, Inc.  unless that particular merchant warrants the product. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED

Vaporizers are not medical devices and are not intended to cure, treat or prevent any diseases or other conditions. If you have any health problems, please consult your doctor before using any TAO® products. TAO® vaporizers are not intended to administer medicinal or illegal products of any kind. All TAO® products must only be used in connection with legal dry herbs and flower blends. An individual must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to purchase vaporizers or vaporizer accessories. Do not allow children, women who are pregnant or breast feeding, and those with life threatening illnesses to use our devices.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International shipment fees, including but not limited to warranty items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All international shipments are subject to duties and fees when crossing borders. Generally, Brokerage fees will be required and Customs may impose duties and taxes based on the value of the goods. The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer. Please be advised that these fees are normal and are often times applied to shipments that ship internationally.
