Finely grind your product using a grinder. Then gently swing open the glass swivel cover that is directly over your ceramic heating chamber. Gently load in your product into the heating chamber. Don’t overfill. Then select your power setting by pressing the power setting button and wait for 20 seconds for the device to heat your product. Then inhale.

Your warrant covers all mechanical and electrical defects. You can read over the full warranty here. It does not cover normal wear and tear including breaking of any external pieces of your vaporizer. Once you register your warranty on www.CurvVapor.com, your warranty will be stored in the database. No more paper!

If something has happened to your vaporizer and you feel that you are covered by your warranty, head over to the Common Issues section and go through the troubleshooting steps. We recommend using rubbing alcohol a similar solvent to clean out your heating chamber periodically. You will not experience the same amount of resin build up as with other vaporizers because of the pure vapor that is produced. However, you will still see some buildup and the best remedy is to take a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol and gently wipe down the inside of your heating chamber. It’s also good idea to keep your mouthpiece cover clean as well. To clean your glass airway, gently remove it from your vaporizer – please use caution as this is entirely glass airway. Then you can soak this in rubbing alcohol to remove any buildup.

If your airway is blocked or clogged, taking rips will feel a bit like you have asthma. But the remedy is very simple! Keep your glass airway clean and clear of particles that can build up inside of the tube. Use the pipe cleaner to keep it clean. Second, make sure the air holes inside your ceramic chamber are not full of particles as well. Using the cleaning brush or canned air to blow out the particles only take minutes to do. It’s important to keep your device clean so you will get the most out of it!

The battery is rated to last several hours with non-stop use.  But you can extend that a great deal more when just using it for yourself. And it has a built-in feature to turn off the heating chamber when not in use, so it will automatically extend your battery life.

Charging the Curv takes about two hours to complete. Make sure to turn ON the device by turning the ON/OFF switch to the ON position when charging. You will then see the LED light go from RED to GREEN indicating a full charge.
