Curv Vapor Warranty

We offer  a 10 Year Warranty for the Curv Vapor when purchased from official Curv websites and authorized retailers. The warranty does not include any type of damage cased by improper use, physical abuse, user error, moisture exposure or the use of any products not designed to be vaporized by the Curv. This warranty covers mechanical and electrical parts only, and does not cover normal wear and tear. This does not cover the glass airway, glass swivel cover or mouthpiece.

You must register your product in order to activate your warranty. If you do not register your product, you waive your right to the 10 Year Warranty. You can register here.

The Curv Vapor Warranty only covers replacement of defective parts. Any modifications or alterations made to the design of the product will void the limited warranty. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, the warranty is not applicable to mouthpiece covers, glass airways or heating chambers.

All sales are final. Retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Cost of shipping is not covered by the warranty and will not be refunded.

Please note for all international orders, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping any returns back to our warehouse.
