Curv Vapor Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPMENTS

Order received after 2pm will ship out the next business day. If this lands on a Friday, your order will be shipped out the following Monday. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will contain your tracking information along with links to helpful product tutorials and videos on your new Curv Vapor. We recommend you watch and read through the tutorials to get the most out of your product. You must also register your warranty.

 

SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES

We offer USPS First Class shipping, USPS Priority Mail shipping and UPS shipping anywhere in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). The cost to ship in the United States via USPS First Class will be around $6 – $10.  USPS Priority Mail is $8 – $10. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact our Customer Support team at 877-418-8273 Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm CST.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We offer USPS First Class International and Priority International shipping and UPS Ground Shipping to Canada. The cost to ship to Canada via USPS First Class International usually costs around $18 – $20 USD*. UPS Ground will vary based on location.When shipping via USPS First Class Mail, USPS will deliver to Canadian Customs, then Canada Post will deliver to your address. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact our Customer Support team at (866) 420-4209 Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm CST.
